Commitment to physical activity

I am going to commit to walking at least 30 minutes outside every day and working out in the gym at least 3x a week for 1.5 hours. I am also hoping to start using one or both of my 15-minute breaks during a shift to walk outside or in the facility.

@Selene I added walks into my daily routine this year and, especially my outdoor ones, have really made a difference!
