Commitment to Better Physical Health

I am committed to be more active and to spend more than 30 minutes of walking/jogging for 5 days a week! My goal is to get at least 10,000 steps a day. This will help improve my cardiovascular health, relieve anxiety, and contribute to a healthier lifestyle.
