going to the gym/walking more

I am committed to exercising more than I have been. I used to be good about it, but as the demands of school increased, my gym visits/walks decreased. It is my goal to walk or hit the gym at least three times a week, not only because I love the physical results but because I love how much better I feel after I do anything active. There is nothing like clearing your mind while lifting weights or just unplugging and going on a nice walk. One of the things I look forward to the most after graduation is the free time I will have and how much time I can devote to the gym/bettering my body.
