Physical Commitment

I commit to walking for 30 minutes at least 4 days a week, elliptical other 3 days at a faster pace for cardio. Light weights and stretching every other day.

I commit to aerobic activity that raises my heart rate to 70% max at least 5 times per week working up to 60 minutes per session.
