Physical activity - increase

I have been on a better health journey for the past 3 years. I have lost 105 pounds through diet and exercise. My missed days at work were related to hernia repair surgery, not illness. I have been walking in 5 and 8 k events and plan to continue this.My goal is to add weight training and strengthening exercises. My goal is to lose another 40-45 pounds. I see my physician regularly and he supports all my efforts.
