Meeting my step goal of 10,250 steps a day

I know that when I exercise I feel better, think clearer, and sleep better, but I find it easy sometimes to just kick back at the end of the day and veg - even tho I know it makes me feel worse. I have started wearing and paying attention to my Fitbit. I have started to check it after work each day and then make a plan to get in the rest of my steps before kicking back and smell the flowers. My committment is to get in my step goal of 10,250 steps every day this summer - I started on June 21st and so far I have made it every day......
