I am committed to increasing my exercise frequency

I joined a health and fitness center recently, and I am committed to going at least three times per week for at least 30 minutes. I feel so much better when I go; the first ten minutes are a challenge, but then the feel-good hormones begin to take effect and makes me feel GREAT!
