Run while I can!

I commit to resuming my running workouts, one mile at a time.  A knee injury and giant ovarian cyst set me back after a Tough Mudder last fall.  Time to dress for a run, go for a "walk" and get back into stride on my 4 mile running loop around the lake!  It's a small step towards future goals of a half marathon.
