In 2017 I've lost 80lbs as a part of the Healthy Nurse, Healthy Nation focus. All of that was through changed eating habits (not exercise). I have never been a fit person, or involved in sports. In 2018 I commit to exploring physical fitness and making it as much of a priority as I've made healthy eating in 2017. In order to do this I'll need to continue to reinforce the healthy eating habits I've begun in 2017. Here's to HEALTH!
