2018 Resolution
Published
In 2018, I resolve to exercise for at least 30 minutes, at least three times a week. I plan on achieving this by measuring my exercise on my FitBit tracker, looking for variety in my exercise routines (walking, running, swimming, strength training, yoga, other fitness classes, etc!), scheduling time for exercise into my week, and keeping myself accountable to my friends and family.
