2018 Resolution

In 2018, I resolve to exercise for at least 30 minutes, at least three times a week. I plan on achieving this by measuring my exercise on my FitBit tracker, looking for variety in my exercise routines (walking, running, swimming, strength training, yoga, other fitness classes, etc!), scheduling time for exercise into my week, and keeping myself accountable to my friends and family.

Hi Nicole - I find that scheduling my workouts in my calendar is pertient in actually doing it. Treat it like an important meeting with yourself. Best of luck and Happy New Year!
