Save Time For Reflection

It’s hard to accurately gauge how you feel about your life if you don’t have time to think about it. Today, add quiet and stillness to your day. Use that time to assess what aspects of your work and home life make you feel fulfilled and what drains you.
  • Instead of watching TV until you fall asleep, lie in silence for a few minutes before drifting off.
  • Turn off music or podcasts during your commute so you can reflect.
  • Exercise without headphones or distractions so you can think about what makes you happy.
