Your thoughts have a powerful effect on your well-being. They can impact how you feel and how much energy you have. As today draws to a close, focus on an optimistic mantra that makes you feel good. Repeat the mantra several times in your mind as you get ready for bed.
Consider any of these ideas:
It’s great to end your day with a positive mantra, but you can also use it whenever you need to — especially if it helps you conquer difficult moments. If you find yourself discouraged or overwhelmed, try to reign in your mind by focusing on your mantra. How does it make you feel? Does it rejuvenate your spirit?
