I'm making a commitment to spend time with friends/family at least 4 days a week for at least 1 hour per day. This commitment will allow me to have improved mental health through increased social bonding and being able to grow friendships and be intentional about time spent with family which allows me time to focus on something besides work which leads to a better work-life balance.
