Finding ways to relax 

I commit to increase my mental health by spending more time doing things that I find relaxing such as spending time with my family or reading and less time worrying about things I can’t control. Finding the little things in life to enjoy and live in the moment.

This week I was able to spend time with my niece and nephew which helped me to relax and take away stress from school and work.
