This challenge has been extremely restful in mind & body for me.
@Rluvinicu I agree! I love this challenge!
Great, it has been a nice pause in my super busy nurse days :) a good reminder to stop and enjoy the moment. Thank you
My walking buddies!
Day 5: In the bustling city it is difficult to find serenity. That’s why I have my own personal area to relax & close my eyes after work. It helps de-stress my day.
@Rluvinicu That sounds wonderful!
referring back to day 4 walking around. I found a great many insects who I swear were working as hard as me! I don’t think they rest much either.
My 7 year old grandson and I have started a challenge for the summer. Each week we are going to a different park/trail that‘s located where I live. He has been such an encouragement to me. He gets me up early, let’s go walking grandma! I love it!
Definitely a bit breezy here today. Keeps the hotter weather at bay & lovely cool evenings.
Love the beautiful singing of the birds in the mornings. (Unable to attach video).
