What does it mean to be immune? The simple definition is “protected or exempt; not affected or influenced by something.” When it comes to the body, think of the immune system as your suit of armor that shields you from intruding germs and illnesses. I get out and walk 3-5 miles a day with a group of friends. We keep each other accountable. I enjoy walking because it helps clear my mind. It releases happy endorphins and the pay off for me is that my Type 2 Diabetes is well controlled. I no longer take medication for DM since October 14, 2020!!!!

I've been trying to get outside for at 20 min on nice days lately. It definitely helps boost my mood and helps with vitamin D. I need it to stop being so windy!
morning routine rowing/elliptical for 10-30 minutes daily with meditating music

Been keeping up with my morning workouts and trying to up my water intake! Just got a bunch of fresh fruit and cottage cheese in my groceries!
went for a 3 mile walk in the cold but sunny day today!!! felt so refreshing... :)

My husband did a morning walk with me today! Was excited to get him involved! Trying to keep up the activity and healthy eating!
Go outside daily and enjoy the fresh air and try and do at least 2 miles daily
Hike in the woods yesterday with my dog, Fit in Fifteen today :)
