rjd10290‍ and LadyPentel‍   have you signed up for the Back to Basics, powered by Humana Challenge? It starts next month and will have lots of great ideas for indoor and outdoor fitness activity!

I am having foot surgery on 8/10 which wil require a boot x 6 weeks. Have lost 26 pounds but am freaked at gaining anything back. Commiting myself to work on upper body core intensely x 6 weeks of no vigorous walking/ hiking. Get those 62 year old arms looking svelt and firm!
