Every night I fill a pitcher with water and some type of fruit and mint. In the morning it goes on my counter. Today was cucumber and rosemary. Yesterday was strawberry and mint. Some days i use only lemon or only lime. And occasionally I will throw in frozen pineapple. My goal is to finish the pitcher by the end of the evening. if I don't have fruit or herbs to use, I'll make a pitcher of caffeine free tea such as raspberry zinger. Meets my hydration needs and I'm not using coffee or caffienated tea any longer
