Make An Animal Happy

To make yourself and an animal in your life happier, do something extra kind. If you own a pet, buy a new toy, serve their favorite food, or play a fun game with them. Or start exercising together!

Owning a pet (a dog in particular) automatically adds more activity to your life, since they will need to be walked daily, but you can also run, rollerblade, bike ride, and even kayak with your pet. Goat yoga, anyone?

If you don’t own a pet, think about donating to an animal charity, dropping off food at a local shelter, or even simply sharing photos of animals that need homes on social media to spread the word.
