As we get started in the challenge we want you to take some tonight to consider the right place to practice your meditations. Finding the right space will help you stick with your meditation practice. Here are somethings to consider:
The best place to meditate is where you feel most comfortable. Think about where you can go that is:
- Peaceful
- Private
- Relaxed
- Safe
- Uninterrupted
