Model Gratitude For Someone Today

It is day 8 of the Your Gratitude is Showing! challenge, powered by CeraVe.

Sometimes people are hesitant to be the first to do something. That’s especially true with random acts of kindness or gratefulness. Step up to the challenge and model gratitude for someone today and set an example for those around you — they are watching!
While practicing physical distancing (of course), incorporate one of these ideas into your day:
- Hold the door open for someone
- When someone says or does something nice for you, smile and say “thank you!”
- Go out of your way to compliment someone
- Allow a person with fewer items in their grocery cart to go ahead of you during check-out
- Allow a pedestrian to cross the road in front of you while driving, even if you were there first
- Thank someone you wish would thank YOU
