It is day 9 of the Your Gratitude is Showing! challenge, powered by CeraVe.

We’re proud of you for focusing on gratitude during this challenge! It’s important to keep this practice going. Daily habits of gratitude can attract and maintain joy in your life and happiness is a key to a life full of health and wellness.

Habits take time to develop, but the more you do now, the more successful you’ll be long term. Let’s work today to instill gratitude as a habit that comes naturally.

We hope this challenge has helped you find ways of expressing and receiving gratitude. Here are some additional ways to keep your gratitude practice going:
  • Find a positive affirmation that speaks to you and repeat it daily
  • Buy a box of thank-you cards and send at least one each month
  • Reward yourself when you accomplish something challenging
  • Make it a daily tradition to go around the dinner table and say what you’re most grateful for
How has practicing gratitude felt throughout the challenge? What have you learned about yourself and others? Tell us here or in our private Facebook group, on Twitter or Instagram and remember to tag us with #healthynurse and #yourgratitudeisshowing.

Find this helpful? Use the social media links on the left side of your page to share it with a nurse and invite them to join Healthy Nurse, Healthy Nation!

Missed day 9? Catch up here. Join us on day 10.
