Spy A Fruit Tree

Welcome to day 7 of the Stride-and-Seek Challenge, Powered by Humana!
Summer is the prime time for fruits of all types. And we don’t have to get into the specifics of why fruits are so good for you — we’re sure you already know that. But both are good reasons for making today’s scavenger hunt about fruit trees.
As you get your steps in, keep your eyes peeled for any kind of tree-bearing fruit such as:
- Almonds
- Apples
- Apricots
- Cherries
- Coconuts
- Lemons
- Mangoes
- Pears
No matter where you live, there’s sure to be some type of fruit tree common in your area. The key is spotting it. Set your walking or jogging course for an area you think might have these delicious and nutritious plants.
Then — you guessed it — take a photo! We want to see proof that you accomplished today’s scavenger hunt item. Post it in the challenge update thread here, in our private Facebook group, or on Twitter, or Instagram and tag us with #healthynurse.
