Here are a few ways to consider a short-and-sweet exercise:
- Try an online exercise class: YouTube is a perfect place to start looking. Search for a quick cardio workout, Pilates, yoga, core exercise, HIIT, or strength training.
- Dance it out: Turn on some upbeat, feel-good music and get your heart pumping through dance.
- Incorporate mini exercises into your workday: Spend one to 2 minutes doing standing push-ups against a desk, jogging in place, or doing calf raises.
Especially if you’re having a challenging day, a short exercise is the perfect tension-reliever and reenergizer.
