It's day 4 of the Building Your Strength Challenge, powered by Humana.

Flexibility can prevent injury, improve muscle tone, and help you stay on your feet. If you don’t stretch regularly, you might not be very nimble. Luckily, yoga can help.

Today’s challenge is to try yoga for any amount of time you can squeeze into your day. Yoga can help your muscles and joints become more pliable over time. And as a bonus, many people find yoga to be calming, especially after a stressful day.
