- Hallway lunges: Walking to another patient? Try lunging down the hallway as you go.
- Calf raises while charting: Standing still while charting? Add in some calf raises. Stand tall, lift your heels off the ground, and hold for a few seconds before lowering them back down.
- Squats during restroom breaks: After you use the bathroom, spend 1 minute doing squats. No equipment needed.
