Need A Chocolate Fix?

It's day 8 of the Curb Your Sweet Tooth challenge! 

Today's tip is to choose dark chocolate over milk chocolate. Chocolate that is at least 80 percent dark usually has less than two teaspoons of sugar per serving. It’s a good way to get in a sweet fix while keeping sugar to a minimum. Plus, the cacao in dark chocolate contains calcium, magnesium, and antioxidants.
