Infuse Your Water
It's day 4 of the Hydration Challenge!
Today's tip is to infuse your water with fruits, veggies, or herbs. You’ll be more likely to pour yourself a glass when your water has some flavor and the pitcher looks inviting.

The orange/blueberry looks delicious and I have those! I will need to try that with the next batch of infused water I make!
I like plain water, so I’ve never infused anything into it!

I like strawberry-orange-banana crystal light. Today I got behind on my water intake and couldn't catch up, only 40 ounces today.
