Workout While You Work
It's day 5 of the Move More! challenge, powered by support from Humana.
Today's tip is workout while you work. Incorporate fitness into work when you can. Put a conference call on speaker and lift hand weights or use resistance bands to build strength. Do calf raises while you read and send emails or while charting.
