It's day 9 of the Stress Less challenge.

Controlled breathing can promote feelings of relaxation and calm while reducing stress. Today's tip is try the 4:7:8 technique. Slowly inhale over four counts, hold the breath for a count of seven, then exhale for a count of eight. Repeat the process three times in a row to calm and center yourself. You can also try one of these other beginner breathing techniques to help you de-stress.

I am happy that finally nurses are having conversations and connecting each other on how we can help ourselves and each other ,it is about time for us to realize that we are all in this together and the only way we can succeed is by lifting each other up .This is a powerful way to beat the stress challenge, us having a conversation and being united in a challenge that affects us as a whole .It is only the nurses that can understand this challenge, so let’s continue to work together because together we can beat this challenge.
