Write A Note
Published
It's day 5 of the Renew Challenge. It’s refreshing to tell someone how much you appreciate them. Choose a person in your life who means a lot to you. Sit down and write them a note. It can be as long or short as you’d like. Before you write a word, close your eyes and envision this person in your mind. As you see them in front of you, breathe in and out slowly. Think about what you’re feeling.
Open your eyes and write down words that come to mind regarding this person.
Now use your list as inspiration to write a note to this person. Jot down anything you want to say. It’s up to you if you’d like to give this person the note. But getting it on paper can bring you feelings of positivity and calmness. What's the best note you ever got from someone? Tell us in our Facebook group.
