Welcome to day 3 of the 5 for 10 Fruit and Veggie challenge.
We want eating more fruits and vegetables to be enjoyable for you and easy to do — not a chore. Let’s face it: Washing, cutting, and peeling take time. Keep it simple by buying frozen veggies, pre-cut fruit, and pre-washed bags of salad. You’re more likely to eat them if they’re ready to go. Concerned about the cost? Think of it as an investment in yourself or prep grab and go portions of fruit and veg portions in resealable bags on the weekend for the week ahead.
