Today, skip a goody that you would normally consume. Instead of reaching for your afternoon soda or latte, redirect your attention to healthier choices such as walking around the building lobby, engaging in a 2-minute meditation, breathing exercises, or drinking water infused with fruit.
Don’t stress about the long-term — just focus on today. By reducing your sugar intake even for one day, you’re doing your body good.
