Micro-habits are fantastic — instead of being overwhelmed by the big picture, you take it one small step at a time.
Today, set aside a few minutes to do one, single squat. If you can do more than one, great! If you can’t, no problem. The goal is to do at least one
Tomorrow, try two. Your legs will gradually get stronger and before you know it, you’ll be able to do more squats than you ever have before.
