Planning to make dinner tonight? Whenever you get a free moment (like while you wait for a pot of water to boil), try a standing push-up. Follow these steps:
- Stand about an arm’s length away from the kitchen counter.
- Put your hands on the edge of the counter and lean forward.
- Slowly push yourself back away from the counter.
If you can, try doing a single pushup multiple times while you cook for a quick arm workout. Who says multitasking isn’t possible?
