Do Standing Push-ups While You Cook

Planning to make dinner tonight? Whenever you get a free moment (like while you wait for a pot of water to boil), try a standing push-up. Follow these steps:

 
  1. Stand about an arm’s length away from the kitchen counter.
  2. Put your hands on the edge of the counter and lean forward.
  3. Slowly push yourself back away from the counter.

If you can, try doing a single pushup multiple times while you cook for a quick arm workout. Who says multitasking isn’t possible?
