It's day 6 of the Screen Time Detox challenge!
Give yourself a day away from social media once a week to forget what everyone else is doing — and instead, focus on you, doing something you truly enjoy. Start tonight! Here are some ideas for tomorrow:
- Plan your next vacation. Cruises and remote destinations often are the perfect way to screen detox.
- Pamper yourself. Get a massage or manicure.
- Stroll through a brick and mortar store.
- Look through an old photo album.
- Nap.
- Journal.
- Make a bucket list.
- Visit a park or museum.
- Attend a play or concert.
