Thank you for completing this challenge! Meditation takes time to master. If you still feel uneasy with it, give yourself grace. Make a commitment to continue to practice meditation. It will help clear your thoughts, reduce stress, and ease anxiety.

Take time each day to cultivate your meditation practice, and expect some days to be more difficult than others. Remember: The frequency of your practice is as important as the quality of your practice. Today think about setting a modest goal, such as meditating for 5 minutes every day for a week. Aim to add a minute or 2 the next week and continue to build upon your progress.
