Make It Last

Today is the last day of the Decompress – Where’s Your Happy Place? powered by Compass One! You’ve gifted yourself with precious “me time” each day for over a week. We hope that over the past 9 days, you’ve enjoyed making yourself a priority for a pocket of time each day.
While we’ve reached the end of the challenge, your intentional “me time” doesn’t have to end. Every person deserves to have a small amount of time where they can unwind and recharge each day. Whether that’s 10 minutes or 100 minutes, whatever you can offer yourself helps. We encourage you to mark time in your calendar to spend on you. In the long run, you will see how that “me time” changes the way you think, feel, and function.
Build on what we started. Continue to be intentional with your time by scheduling moments to:
- Exercise
- Get out in nature
- Be creative
- Learn new skills
- Seek solitude
- Rest
Remember: You deserve this. You cannot take care of others if you don’t first take care of yourself. Your well-being matters.
