It wouldn’t be day 10 of our challenge if we didn’t encourage you to take the past 9 days with you. While we love that you’ve come this far, we want you to keep going!

Take the lessons you’ve learned and the new tactics you’ve tried into the year ahead. Remind yourself how important your diet is to the health of your heart. Let these best practices guide you:
  • Fill your diet with plenty of fresh fruits, vegetables, whole grains, and healthy fats
  • Reduce your red meat intake when possible
  • Choose high fiber and low sodium options
  • Start your day with a healthy breakfast
  • Reach for treats with natural sugar when your sweet tooth hits
  • Go meatless every Monday and choose plant-based proteins
