Use Your Own Body Weight

Welcome to the Building Your Strength Challenge, powered by Humana!

When increasing your strength, you don’t need expensive equipment or gym memberships. The weight of your body is a perfect workout tool.

The catch: You’ve got to use it properly. Correct form is what makes body weight exercises most effective. Today, we challenge you to pick a few of these options and do as many repetitions as you can:
Repeat each move at least 10 times, enough for 1 set. Different exercises target certain areas of the body, so do 1 set of 3 or more types to have your own full-body workout.
