Head outside for a walk today. It can be as short or as long as you’d like. The purpose is to get moving while connecting with nature and enjoying all that fall has to offer — including flowers.
When people think of flowers, they usually associate them with spring or summer. But there are many stunning flowers that only show their beauty during autumn. See how many you can find today, whether they’re growing in someone’s landscaping, garden, or in the wild.
As you’re walking, keep your eyes peeled for flowers that bloom in the fall. Here are a few types you might recognize:
