Notice a Bare Tree

Today, we encourage you to turn your eyes upward — to the trees. Pay close attention to their bare branches that were once full of greenery.
Bare trees might not look attractive or captivate you like ones with leaves do. You may not be able to appreciate this form of nature for its raw beauty. In a similar way, change isn’t always pretty. It seldom is. Most times it’s downright messy and uncomfortable. But just like the leaves naturally grow back on the trees in spring, your life change will naturally get easier.
Whatever it is you’re going through — remember, it won’t always be this way. One way or another, it’ll get better.
Think positive today as you embark on your walk, scanning the sky for bare trees. A new season is coming.
