Today’s challenge is to clean out your fridge and freezer. Follow these tips:
- Throw away any expired food.
- Wipe shelves and drawers with soap and water.
- Bring the nutritious produce, like fruits and vegetables, to the front. This will make them easier to see so you’re more likely to choose them. Plus, you’ll be more likely to use them before they go bad.
- Organize your meat and dairy products.
