Welcome to day 1 of the Calm the Inner Chaos challenge!
Your mind is mighty. It has the power to hold you captive to negativity, anxious thoughts, and stress — or it can set you free with positivity, calm, and peace. By taking control of your thoughts and reactions, you can instantly reduce your stress.
Consider the challenging situations you’ve dealt with recently. Now think about this aspect: How have they shaped you and encouraged you to grow?
Write a short list of difficult circumstances or stressful situations from your recent past. Beside each one, write a positive outcome that came from the experience. Think about the answers to these questions:
