Here are a few ways you can practice mindfulness:
  • During a busy shift, take short breaks to center yourself. Focus on your breath, allowing it to ground you in the present. Incorporate simple mindfulness exercises, like paying attention to the sensations around you or taking mindful walks during breaks.
