Challenge Tips

No matter how smart you are, it's impossible to know everything. Even the most brilliant geniuses don’t know it all. There’s always more to learn.
 

That also holds true for allyship — it requires continuous growth and action. Even as we end this 10-day challenge, keep pushing yourself to expand your knowledge, deepen your understanding, and advocate for positive change.
 

Use any of these ideas to continue expanding your allyship knowledge:
 

• Schedule weekly learning sessions: Set aside some time each week to browse resources related to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
• Vary your learning format: Mix it up by reading articles, listening to podcasts, watching documentaries, or attending webinars. What resonates most with you and fits into your schedule?
• Have an open mind: Stay curious and humble as you learn. Don’t be afraid to explore uncomfortable topics and challenge your own assumptions.
• Reflect and apply: After you learn something new, take time to think about it. How can you apply it to your role as an ally?
• Spread your knowledge: Don't keep your learnings to yourself. Share insights and resources with your colleagues to spark meaningful conversations.
