As much as we want to be there for everyone, it’s not possible. When you set healthy boundaries, you create a sense of control over your time and energy. This also helps to prevent burnout.

The key? Quality over quantity.

Your Action for Today
Take a few minutes to reflect on your social commitments. Are there areas where you feel overwhelmed or stretched too thin? Here’s how you can set healthier boundaries:
  • Learn your limits: Take note of when you feel emotionally drained or overloaded. This is a sign it’s time to set boundaries.
  • Communicate clearly: Let others know when you need to step back or when you have time limits on your interactions.
  • Prioritize your healthiest relationships: Focus your energy on the people who bring joy, support, and positivity into your life.
