Tidy Up
Published

It's day 2 of the Renew Challenge.
Today's focus is on moving more while decluttering, and we are going to start small.
Studies show that when homes are well-organized, occupants are happier and more at ease. Also, did you know that cleaning your house is an example of moderate exercise? Vacuuming the floors, taking out the trash, and making the beds are all activities that can give you a workout - and you don’t have to be wearing the latest exercise gear.
Get started by zoning in on one area of a particular room. For example, a bookcase in your family room, a junk or catch-all drawer, or the refrigerator in the kitchen. Get rid of anything you don’t use or need. Organize what’s left so it’s tidy and clutter-free.
