Try A Fun Workout Class


It's day 3 of the Renew Challenge.

Consider signing up for a fun workout class. Who says exercise has to be boring? There are many fun group classes popping up and many times the first class is free. They’re so unique and amusing, you may not even realize you’re burning calories.

Indulge your inner ballerina at Barre or Aerobarre® classes, or use your love of singing in a Cycling Karaoke class. Not for you? Try one of these:
  • Hula Hooping — exercise and dance class using hula hoops
  • Kangoo Jump® — dancing while jumping on bouncy boots
  • POUND® drumming classes — full-body cardio workout that uses drumsticks and music
  • Skyrobics® — combines core exercises and strength building on trampolines
  • SurfSET® — work all the major muscle groups on a yoga board indoors
