But how do you find time for that short coffee or tea break during your hectic day? Consider these practical ideas:

  • Brew it to go: Invest in a good-quality thermos or insulated travel mug. Brew your coffee or tea at home and bring it to work. This allows you to enjoy it during a moment of respite. 
  • Share with a colleague: Make it a bonding experience by sharing your coffee or tea break with a colleague. A quick chat while sipping your favorite beverage might be just what you need. 
  • Meditation minutes: Combine your coffee or tea break with a short meditation session. Find a quiet spot, sip your drink mindfully, and take a few deep breaths to center yourself. 
  • Nature connection: If possible, drink your coffee or tea outdoors. Nature and fresh air might amplify the soothing effects of your beverage.
